Lovely cottage if you like peace and quiet. Mr R, Sutton-in-ashfield, Nottinghamshire 02 April 2011
Excellent spot for a peaceful few days away at the sea - especially for dog owners. Mr M, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire 22 March 2011
Perfect place to get away from it all, with fresh air and sea/beach just yards away. We will definitely recommend the coastguard's cottage to our friends and family. Mrs W, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire 14 March 2011
This cottage is a hidden tresaure for a peaceful break away from everything its a great location. Close to thebeach and lots of other walking places. Mrs W, FRINTON-ON-SEA, Essex 01 November 2010
A quirky but welcoming cottage. Very cosy, fantastic location. Would definitely re-book. If you don't like dogs don't go, but brilliant for well behaved dogs. My son loved the closeness to the beach. Very peaceful and very quiet at night. Mrs P, Ilkeston, Derbyshire 08 September 2010
I would keep this a secret, a nice little hideaway (coastguard cottage, anderby creek) would love to recommend this but a peaceful place on earth and deserves to be kept quiet. Mr K, MANSFIELD, Nottinghamshire 03 July 2010
The cottage is lovely, brilliantly located approximately 50 metres from the beach, and the owner has been very thoughful, addressing most requirements. Anderby Creek is very small but ideal for an out of season get-away if long walks on the amazing beaches are what you are looking for. Mr R, BIGGLESWADE, Bedfordshire 20 February 2010
What a lovely cottage and perfect location next to the beach. We went in January and snow everywhere! First time experience of walking on a snow cover beach. Kids loved it, lots of games, dvd and books. Small friendly locals pub opposite, with a warm welcome. This is a brilliant find as the interior is decorated with a taste and all modern conveniences. Quite locations with miles of empty beach. We did walk from the cottage to Chapel along the beach in the snow and blizzards on the way back – what an experience. Please thank the owners for a great weekend break we have had. We will return yearly now... Mr P, GRANTHAM, Lincolnshire 12 January 2010
Good standard of accommodation with everything you could need. Location 5 minutes from the beach, also plenty of footpaths for dog walking. We all had a very pleasant break, and plan to return. Mrs W, HEANOR, Derbyshire 18 November 2009
A wonderful cottage on the edge of the beach, the perfect location for an idyllic, peacefully quiet holiday. The cottage was pefect in the modern refurbishment design of both old and new features. A perfect base to explore the whole length of the coast from as far south as Gibraltor Point with the nature reserves, to high up north where Mablethorpe joins the fish catching town of Grimsby. Mrs M, Burton-On-Trent, 26 October 2009
This is a lovely cottage with a secure garden (complete with wild rabbits) Ideal for children (though stairs are steep) and dogs. Anderby Creek is unpretentious but friendly. Great venue for a quiet relaxing break away from the stresses of modern life. Mr M, NOTTINGHAM 27 September 2009
The cottage was pleasantly located by the sea and surrounded by wildlife. It was extremely well equipped with everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious and ideal for couples and families alike. A home from home experience! Mr M, Norwich, Norfolk 21 February 2009
A delightful cottage that seemed to get bigger as the days went by! Mr A, London 17 January 2009
The cottage is in a fabulous location, just seconds from the beach. The cottage itself was really lovely, home from home. The beautiful garden was enjoyed by both our kids and our dog. I was very pleasantly surprised how fantastic the beach is, acres of room for everone. Mr L, Corby 02 August 2008
A lovely property with a large enclosed garden included everything needed for a family(with dog) holiday right down to dog dishes! Excellent quiet location close to vast sandy beach and a good centre for the attractions of Lincolnshire coast and wolds. Mrs W, Huddersfield 03 May 2008
Really nice cottage and in a very convenient position. Mrs M, Hornchurch 05 April 2008
A peaceful location, very clean beach, pleasant walks and an ideal spot for unwinding. Mr B, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire 05 October 2007
